The library offers ebooks, audiobooks, comics, movies and TV series you can download or stream to most mobile devices, tablets or computers. All are free to borrow, and expire automatically, so there are no late fees. You must have a non-expired White County Regional Library card to access most materials. Don’t have a card? Lost your number? You can Apply for a Library Card. If you are on a phone, it is recommended that you download the app instead.  You will set up your account using your library card number.  Hoopla requires that you have a valid email address to set up your account.
